Visit to Midland

I am sitting at the computer with my Dad to show him my blogspot. We are just down for the day to visit for a little while and then we will be going back home.

    I wanted to say hello. I "found" you from a Yahoo! group for those who are having or who have had gastric bypass. Good luck on your surgery. Stop the eating! I have been using a wonderful online program called Sparkpeople.com for three years now. You can track food intake, exercise, and other things there. There are many gastric bypass groups there as well. If you decide to join, look for me (norakeno) and I'll be happy to send you a link to the most wonderful surgery group I've found there. LOADS of support, encouragement, and wisdom to be had. Again, congratulations on you surgery and take care.
